Many of our clients, perhaps like you, utilize more than one system to process their payments. In fact, it’s been our experience that the larger the company, the more systems they employ. But whether you use two systems or seven, the benefits of consolidating all disbursement functionality into one centralized solution are simply too great to ignore:

Our system interfaces are designed specifically for the utmost flexibility. We can connect data streams by database tables, XML, Excel spreadsheets, ASCII flat files and a host of other technologies. The goal is not to replace every existing system and process you currently have in place. Instead, the goal is to complement and improve your current setup by connecting it to a centralized engine that eases access and simplifies your operation.

Our architecture team and developers are also happy to work with your banks and other payment vendors to create interfaces that enhance your processes using resources outside of your corporate walls.

All at Once, or One at a Time

PayPilot can be configured to handle all of your payment types: general ledger; accounts payable; claims; policy; you name it. But you may only want to use PayPilot for a couple of them. Not a problem. Many of our clients have done phased implementations where they add just one payment type at a time. Of course, once they experience PayPilot’s advantages, they often install company-wide.
