Prelude offers two main products, PayPilot and PointPay, which can be enhanced at any time with our suite of Expansion Modules.

PayPilot

PayPilot is the powerful, flexible solution that allows you to centralize the management of disbursement processing from all your internal systems (general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, claims, policy, etc.). PayPilot integrates directly with these systems to give you one point of access for all payment information, MICR check printing, configurable remittance advice and extensive reporting capabilities. PointPay

PointPay streamlines the issuing of payments out in the field. It allows your agents, adjusters, reps, etc. to print checks or issue electronic payments right at the customer’s location. Data entry is greatly minimized as claimant and payment information is electronically—and securely—transferred between home and remote offices. Expansion Modules

Prelude’s modular design enables you to build on your PayPilot and/or PointPay installation now or in the future. You can incorporate an additional internal system, or build on the functionality you already have. We’ve developed software modules for automated bank reconciliation, positive pay security, electronic payments, OFAC compliance, escheat processing, and more.
